"DNS City" is the largest private project for the construction of comfortable housing in Primorye, which is being implemented on the principles of an integrated approach to the development of the territory. This is the first investment project that is being implemented within the boundaries of the satellite city of Vladivostok. The site is located near the village of Novy in the Nadezhdinsky district. The "DNS City" concept envisions the creation of a modern urban environment with housing and all the necessary infrastructure to provide comfortable living for 25,000 people. Plans include the construction of two schools and two kindergartens, community and business centers, commercial spaces on the ground floors of residential buildings, sports fields, and even a 5-kilometer bike route. Particular attention is paid to preserving the natural landscape and green spaces on the site, creating eco-friendly recreational areas. The construction of DNS City marked a new stage in the development of the Vladivostok agglomeration. As of April 2026, two buildings have already been completed, design and construction of seven more buildings, totaling 130,000 square meters of housing, is underway, and the design of the Primula educational center with 1,750 seats is underway. The concept for the first public and business center is also being developed.
