"DNS City" is the largest private project for the construction of comfortable housing in Primorye, which is being implemented on the principles of an integrated approach to the development of the territory. This is the first investment project that is being implemented within the boundaries of the satellite city of Vladivostok. The site is located near the village of Novy in the Nadezhdinsky district. The concept of the project includes the creation of a modern urban environment with housing and all the necessary infrastructure for comfortable life of 25 000 people. It is planned to build two schools and two kindergartens, create a cozy shopping street with commercial premises on the first floors of residential buildings, and a large shopping and entertainment center. Particular attention is paid for preserving of natural landscape and green spaces on the territory. А circular eco-boulevard with bicycle paths will be created along the entire outer perimeter of the project for walks and recreation of future residents, and inter-yard eco-spaces will be created inside the residential areas. The construction of "DNS City" has begun in 2023 and marked a new stage in the development of Greater Vladivostok. The first house in the new microdistrict was commissioned at the end of 2024, and the first residents of the mini-city celebrated their housewarming in March 2025.
